Arun Davidson serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of JADINOVA HealthTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the company’s technology vision, innovation strategy, and product development initiatives. He plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission to deliver transformative preventive and metabolic health solutions like MetraLife.
With more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership and program management, Arun has established a strong track record of driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and implementing effective governance frameworks.
He possesses deep expertise in SDLC governance, enterprise architecture, KPI definition, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational maturity development. He is recognized for delivering technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Prior to joining JADINOVA, Arun served as Corporate IT Manager with Kharafi Group, Kuwait, one of the region’s prominent conglomerates in construction, infrastructure development, and facilities management.
In this role, he oversaw the architecture, development, and deployment of major IT initiatives across the Middle East and Africa, including projects in Kuwait, the UAE, Lebanon, Iraq, and Egypt.
