This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided through the MetraLife®️ Metabolic Companion website and mobile application operated by JADINova Health Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Purpose

This policy explains the terms governing cancellations, refunds, subscriptions, consultations, and digital services purchased through MetraLife.

By purchasing any service or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

MetraLife offers various subscription plans that may include:

Lifestyle coaching

Dietitian consultations

Physiotherapy support

Doctor consultations

J-METRA™️ metabolic assessment

Health monitoring

Laboratory interpretation

Educational content

Premium app features

Each subscription begins on the date payment is successfully received.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

No refund is applicable as no payment has been made.

Users may discontinue use at any time.

Paid subscriptions begin only after successful payment.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the App or Website.

Cancellation will stop automatic renewal where applicable.

The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

No partial refund will be issued for unused days.

5. Automatic Renewal

Where automatic renewal is enabled:

Users will be notified in advance where required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Consultation Cancellation

By the User

Consultations cancelled:

More than 24 hours before appointment

Full refund or free rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours before appointment

No refund.

One complimentary rescheduling may be offered at MetraLife's discretion.

Missed Appointment (No Show)

If the user fails to attend the consultation without prior notice:

The consultation will be considered completed.

No refund will be issued.

Doctor Cancellation

If the healthcare professional cancels:

Users may choose:

Full refund

Free rescheduling

Credit toward future consultation

7. Dietitian & Physiotherapy Sessions

Unused booked sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Repeated missed appointments may be forfeited.

8. Digital Services

Digital products including:

Health reports

J-METRA™️ reports

Meal plans

Exercise plans

Educational materials

are considered delivered once accessed or downloaded.

These items are non-refundable.

9. J-METRA™️ Assessment

Once a J-METRA™️ score has been generated using submitted information:

The assessment is considered completed.

Refunds are not available.

10. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments occur due to technical errors:

MetraLife will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

11. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the service is not activated:

Users should contact Customer Support.

Verified failed transactions will be refunded or credited.

12. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents the delivery of a paid service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time:

MetraLife may provide:

Full refund

Partial refund

Service credit

Free replacement service

at its sole discretion.

13. Exceptional Medical Circumstances

Refund requests due to:

Hospital admission

Serious illness

Medical emergencies

Death of an immediate family member

may be considered on compassionate grounds with supporting documentation.

Approval remains at the discretion of MetraLife.

14. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

Completed doctor consultations

Completed dietitian consultations

Completed physiotherapy consultations

Downloaded digital products

Generated J-METRA™️ reports

Personalized diet plans

Personalized exercise plans

Subscription periods already used

Administrative or processing fees (where applicable)

15. Promotional Offers

Discounted subscriptions, promotional packages, coupons, and limited-time offers are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

16. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times vary depending on banks and payment providers.

17. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact MetraLife before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

Suspension of account access

Termination of subscription

Recovery of outstanding amounts

Legal action where appropriate

18. Changes to This Policy

MetraLife reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website or app.
