Consultation and program data: notes, plan selections, and communications arising from doctor consultations booked through the Services.
Payment information: processed by our third-party payment gateway; MetraLife does not store full card or bank details.
Communications: messages you send through our contact form, support email, or in-app chat.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, app version, pages visited, and time spent on the Services.
Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing — see Section 7.
Referring doctors, corporate wellness partners, or diagnostic labs may share health data with us on your behalf, with your consent, to enable your J-METRA Index™ assessment and care plan.

Calculate and display your J-METRA Index™ score and domain-level breakdown.
Match you with an appropriate plan (Foundation, Balance, Precision, or Apex) and connect you with a doctor where applicable.
Enable doctor review, monitoring, and care-plan adjustments.
Track your progress over time and show trends on your dashboard.
Send appointment reminders, program updates, and (with your consent) educational or promotional content.
Improve the Services, including the accuracy of the J-METRA Index™ methodology, through de-identified/aggregated analysis.
Comply with legal, regulatory, and audit obligations, and detect fraud or misuse.
We do not use your health data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without human (clinician) review.
We collect and process your personal and health information based on your explicit, informed consent, given at account creation and reaffirmed whenever new categories of health data are requested (for example, when a new domain such as AST/ALT is added to your assessment). You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 8, though this may limit your ability to use certain features.

Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access to identifiable health records is restricted to your care team and authorized MetraLife personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a period thereafter as required for medical record-keeping, legal, or audit purposes (typically [Insert retention period, e.g., 8 years], consistent with applicable Indian medical record retention norms — confirm with counsel).
You may request earlier deletion, subject to Section 8 and any legal retention obligations we must observe.
